Hey Debbie,

Don't get overly hung-up with BMI indicators. So much depends on

your body composition and muscle mass. Let your clothes be the

indicator.

I am in a size 8, but weight 150 lbs and my BMI still shows me as

slightly overweight. What the BMI doesn't indicate is that I am

only 17% body fat and have been doing weight training for over a

year. Muscle weights more then fat. I am at goal at 150 lbs and a

thin 8 (you can check out my picture in our Photo section if you

want.)

I'd be celebrating too. I have lost about 145 lbs and still haven't

gotten out of the Super Duper Morbidly Obese. I would be overjoyed to be

just Obese.

ARE YOU KIDDING.........I would be doing one wild and crazy happy naked

dance on the front lawn.......OK, now my hubby wouldn't let me, and the

neighbors would call the cops, BUT I WOULD WANT TO!!!!!!! :)
