Guest guest
I know the goal here post op is to watch carbs,But im wondering if its ok for a few carbs if using a 0 sugar product.I don't know why but when reading a label im more inclined to buy a product that has 0 sugars instead of looking at carbs.I think the reasoning behind this is that when your research begins into WLS your are taught that sugars are bad and will make most dump,so when shopping the dump fear kicks in and you go for a product that has a label that says 0 sugars. I am getting allot better in the carb reading area and am sticking low carb but every once in a while I have to wonder if its a 0 sugar product is it ok to have those few carbs?
