How much pre=braces prep work?

Hi guys. I am closer to D Day for my braces and was wondering how

much pre-braces cleaning, etc... your orthodontists made you do.

It's not so much the pre-braces cleaning as it is the in-braces

cleaning.

They really are food traps, and you want to brush and floss -- a

lot! -- while you have all that hardware in place.
