Anyone with Iron Deficiency/Anemia?

Anyone out there dealing with iron deficiency/anemia. I have had

this as an issue most of the time since surgery. Currently I have

been asked to take 2 iron pills a day. I take ferros sulfate. Is

there a more absorbable form and one that constipates less.

If you have the same problem, do you find that you get heart

palpitations and days where your energy level really drops to the

point you could take a nap? I had a heart doctor tell me that

palpitations can arrise from anemia. I must be really low now for

the past week although I am taking the pills.

Advise? Suggestions?
