Guest guest
hi cary. 1st, have u calculated the %age of weight you've lost? 2nd, are u weighing yourself too often? 3rd, i'll ask my trainer, she would probably say there's no such thing as too much exercise, lol. 4th, tae-bo & pilates, awesome. 5th, do u go to 'in person' support groups, where u can pick a nutritionist's brain? lori h. > Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well! Guest guest
Lori, No I have not calculated %age. My first goal is to be down 180 pounds which would put me at 174 pounds. That would be on my 5'9 frame. From there I was going to decide if I needed to lose an additional 20 pounds. I weight myself once in the morning, which I know is probably too much. I don't know if there is such a thing as exercising too much either! I have e-mailed my surgeon's nutritionist and haven't heard back from her, but have a scheduled check-up next week for blood work and what not, and will definitely talk to her then. I love the working out.. hate getting started but have that " runner's high " when I'm done Cary > > Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well! This past month has been > > rough for me.
