Guest guest
Hi. I can't stop thinking about it for one thing. I was going to go shopping this weekend to pick up/try some liquid supplement drinks/protein powders to see what I like. I want to get button down pj's, a recliner would be nice and a humidifier. What kind of liquid food are you going to buy? What exactly are you having done? I believe my upper will be moved up and forward, palate split, lower brought forward. Was told my back molars won't touch after surgery and that later I'd have to wear heavy rubber bands to try to bring them together but there are no guarantees. I get my surgical hooks put on Dec. 30, go to hospital for xrays, molds, labwork on Jan 3 and last appt with surgeon is Jan 13 (I wish this was sooner so I would know more details before the 17th). I'm supposed to stay in the hospital 2 nights, be banded shut with a splint for a month and he is going to leave that nasogastric tube in overnight (which I REALLY don't like). I am 32 and have 2 kids 6 and 7 years old and a husband who doesn't want to deal with this so should be interesting. Thank god for parents and a sister who will help me out. I told my job that I'd probably be off 3 weeks but that that could change. They are being great about it so I am lucky there. Let me know what you will be doing and I'd love to keep in touch with you as the time approaches and thereafter. > > > > I finally got the call yesterday.
