Guest guest
Yup, I tend to get a little OCD sometimes. I've made a spread sheet tracking my labs since before my WLS. What I have here is preop, 4year and 4.5 year. The reds are High and the blues are low. Just wondering if you folks see anything good or bad. I'm thinking they are looking pretty good here!! And did I mention that I am back to my fighting weight. Got rid of the 15-20 lbs that I had gained while on zyprexia. Now I'm so into watching the scale move again I'm thinking about pushing for 150. Why not?? I'm motivated again....and I know I can do it, right?? And I'm thinking I may need to back off from the B12 a little. Take the sublingual 3x a week. But I did up my calcium citrate to 2000 mgs a day too!
