I am getting weened off the propanolol and I hope to go up on the clonidine. I got it from my endocrinologist ( who is naturally an internist) as i was having thyroid problems... the clonidine bizness seems to be an esoteric application indeed but it doesn't take much digging to find the testimonials and findings > where do you get a prescription for your antihypertensive or > betablocker medication from? your derm? your general practitioner? im > considering this but i have no idea who to go to. im pretty sure my > derm has never prescribed clonidine or propanolol or anything similar > for rosacea. then again, my GP is actually an internist and i dont > think she'd be happy with giving me an antihypertensive when i dont > even have high blood pressure or anything.
