Guest guest
for anyoen who has nose swelling/flushing, i recommend astelin allergy spray...i tried it today and the hot feeling in my nose stopped almost instantly. im not so sure if it helped the redness though.i dont really think any nasal spray can do much for that. also,we installed the new handheld showerhead, and this morning i took a 2 minute " shower " (didnt even wash my hair) but afterwards my whole face was STILL a tomato. sigh. sometimes i think my face is more reactive in the mornings. maybe i should switch to midday. As every rosacean knows, being so close to a flame is horribly vasodilating. So we'd be doing Stacey great benefit by extinguishing her flaming veil, esp if we use cool water and gently pat (not rub) her face afterwards. <g> firefighter marjorie > Re: astelin > > > > > > > > > > In a message dated 7/3/02 3:22:45 PM, iblanki@y... writes: > > > > > > > > > > >also,we installed the new handheld showerhead, and this morning i > > > >took a 2 minute " shower " (didnt even wash my hair) but afterwards > > my > > > >whole face was STILL a tomato. sigh. sometimes i think my face > > is > > > >more reactive in the mornings. maybe i should switch to midday. > > > > > > > ahh, cleanliness is overated anyway > > > we should all just stop showering at all ... > > > > > > that would solve the problem! > > > > > > stacey > > > > > > alternatively > > that handheld shower > > would be the perfect tool > > with which to > > put out > > your flaming veil > > > > > > firefighter marjorie > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -- > > Please read the list highlights before posting to the whole group > (http://rosacea.ii.net/toc.html).
