I had a Friend who had an open bite so then had surgery on both the

top and bottom jaw with a chin advancement. She looks so different

she is barely recognized by people she went to school with. I am

having surgery on my lower and then also a chin advancement, anyone

out there who had had the same done to them can tell me if their

appearances changed? And if so How much?....... thanks in advance
