What do you know ....IT'S ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Just 5 months and 1 Week and I have disposed of 107 pounds!!!!!! I am just

31-41 pounds from goal (125-115) and down to a size 12 (pretty close to a

10) from a 22!!!

I was shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning. I have not been

checking regularly and at last check I had two pounds to go. Now I am 7

over. I have been amazed by how fast this weight has come off of my body.

I feel like a completely different person some days. Happier I guess.

Definitely healthier. More a peace than I can remember being.

Oh and I have decided I am no longer going to use the words " lost " or

" losing " anymore. Both seem to infer that I might one day " find " something

again. Which I will not. So from now on when I use the word " disposed " you

will all know why.
