Today I have tried something different. I ate a hardboiled egg, a little yogurt and 1/2 a grahm cracker with peanut butter. I have my exercise this morning and need to make sure I have enough food on board to not crash. I'm also going to eat a bit more today to see if I can feel full. Yesterday was such a hungry day that I could just scream. Finally, at dinner I had enough that I felt full. Had more solid protein for that - slow cooked pork chops that were very tender. It also seems like once I start drinking the water at 1 hour post meal that it's about 1 hour after that, that the rumbly tummy begins to take place and then awhile after that I am starving.
