Open RNY on 4/9/01, from 278 to 170 lowest weight, now hovering at 184 since November. I am quite healthy, I do an advanced step aerobics class 3X weekly and muscle toning weight machines 2X weekly. I've never kept a food journal, but I was wondering if somone from this list might like to be my " Easter Goal " buddy and we could share daily food/exercise journals. I'm thinking maybe having to report what I actually put into my mouth, either to myself on paper or to someone else, might make me more aware that " yes, that little candy/cookie, whatever WILL make a difference. " Any takers? If not, I will still do it, if only to make ME accountable for what I'm eating and maybe get back down to my all- time low of 170, which by the way, is the LEAST I have weighed since I was 10 yrs old.
