Lucindy.....I get my Nature's Plus " Adult Chewable " Multi-Vitamin and

Mineral Dietary Supplement " at GNC.....it is $34.99 for 180 tablets. They

are as follows .and anyone else reading....please let me know if you thing

these are WAY OFF on anything....THANKS...I also supplement with calcium

(elemental citrate)and bi-monthly b-12 shots.
