Allan and drinking

It's really simple, Allan . . . liquids wash the food outta the pouch, so that

you don't feel full, or you don't get full. One of the important things for us

to learn is the feeling of full . . . empty . . . full. Not grazing all day, so

we're never really empty, etc.

period between eating and drinking when post-op?

I have always waited at least 30 minutes after eating before

drinking,probably more,but I just want to know the reasoning behind

it.. >>
