Guest guest
I had a very horrible period time when I first found out I got steroid triggered rosacea. I can not sleep well, and I tried lots of medicine at same time, the result is I did not sleep for a month. I even can not walk well and felt dizzy all the time. I read zen book, and I meditate, I stopped all the medicine. On the night I stopped all the medicine, I started to gain some sleep. That was three months ago. Now I still meditate at night just before went to bed, the zen book I read helped me a lot dealing with my stress and depression. As they believed " nothing is permanent, and things are changable. " That means even if you are beautiful now, you would not be one day, even if you are ugly now, it might change better, you just never know. And the importance of life is not about beauty any way. Well, certainly some time I still depressed, unhappy about my appearance, if I looked at my self throuh mirror and looked at all my pictures I hang on the wall, I would get depressed and would have to remind myself what is more important to me, and attach to things non permanent is useless. But overall, after I read the zen books and meditation at night, I can sleep pretty well at night. Actually my sleep is better than even before I have rosacea. To me I believe 'Loss and Gain' is not that distinct. We learned more from failure. > A while back there were a few posts about meditation and > relaxation (because as we all know, anger and stress can > aggrevate cea).
