Guest guest
Vicki -- Just an FYI, not a scolding. Don't want to be the one to burst your bubble, but it's my understanding that what you do today TAKES approx. 6 days to show up. NOT tomorrow (unless slight fluid change.) So, continue to be vigilant, however, don't fool yourself into believing that what you do today, and what you know (intuitively) is not healthy, that you fool yourself into believing that you can continue to do ONLY because it doesn't show up the next day. I'm not a nutritionist, however, this is my understanding. After a " binge(s) " it takes 5-6 days. Your mileage may vary. Good luck to you. Bobbie Anchorage Subject: Slip sliding II Hmm, well this is interesting. I posted about my fear because I had a day of voracious appetite unlike any I have experienced since my surgery. Looking back on it, I have a feeling it may have been triggered by changing my workout and by doing a 7 mile walk/jog. I was ravenous!! The funny thing is, when I weighed the next day, I had actually lost half a pound! Think what it would have been if I hadn't had the popcorn and cheetos. >>
