Guest guest
Ok, you got me disencouraged. I'm having SARPE next week and I'm not going to back away, because my OS has pretty much assured me it's going to be all right and won't be as drastic a thing as LeFort. My ortho thinks having an expansion done is the only way to make room for my impacted canines to be brought down or removed, so it's going to be SARPE or no treatment at all - or treatment without SARPE and taking big risks of losing teeth I'm not supposed to lose. I hope your recovery will be fast and easy from now on and that you will not go on having regrets of what should have been done when you were a kid. Trust me, I've been doing a lot of that myself and it hasn't helped me. I hope you will also find some positive aspects to having the RPE done once you're over that achy part.
