Yeah it has been awhile since I posted. I got so many e-mails so I switched to Daily Digest, but am now back to individual e-mails. Wanted to get back in talking in the group more. I had my surgery on October 31st and have lost only 62 pounds. I lost faster at the beginning, but average about 3 pounds a week, which I guess is ok...heck I didn't gain any during the holidays. Some days I am more hungry than others. And I do walk at least 4 times a week. Want to get a bike and start some more cardiovascular type activities to hopefully increase the weight loss. Well, look forward to talking to everyone soon!
