Guest guest
The Food Network has aired some wonderful shows that incorporate a more healthy lifestyle and they are doing this all week. Lastnight a particular show is called Low Carb Revolution and it covered a family where the father has lost over 200 lbs. and has become a chef to cook low carb meals and plan menu's for people. He shares a couple recipes and his son was about 300 lbs. at age 13 or so. The boy now is trim and the whole family is fit. The show also covers information on how it works, the pros and cons voiced by other diet avocates and explains the similar other low carb diets people follow such as the South Beach diet. They talk about how to incorporate good carbos in your planning and much more. If you get a chance, it will be aired again at the following times: AIR TIMES: January 04, 2004 10:00 PM ET/PT January 05, 2004 2:00 AM ET/PT January 10, 2004 5:00 PM ET/PT January 11, 2004 4:00 PM ET/PT
