what defines maxillary surgery? is that upper jaw? thanks for all your help.

i asked my surgeon about your hole and he was familiar with it and said that

they should have closed it in surgery. he said you can still close it. he

also asked me if you had a cleft palate. also, do you have any before/after

pictures?
