I go to the local YMCA. Couldn't do it at home, no room. And no

motivation. And no accountability.

exercise equipt at home?

Does anyone on list have exercise equip at holm e that they use? or is

everyone at gym out 'there'.?

I do all my working out at home.....I have a weight bench and hand weights

from 1-25 lbs two sets of each (so far). I also have a treadmill. Got rid

of the bike and mini-tramp that I didn't use. I also do step aerobics

and/or workout videos. Would LOVE to go to a gym though....maybe someday

when the kiddies are older and $$ and time isn't so tight!!!! P.
