You may consider sort of a stepdown program from the old water. I wish

I had done it. I sometimes forget that every change we make, be it

food, therapy, drinking water, is a big change to a little body.

I was talking about if someone changed from regulartap water or

bottled water to reverse osmosis drinking water with essentially

nothing in it. That is a pretty big change so I would be mixing

waters for a bit. We did not and I regret that. I think it caused

constipation in some of us but I obviously cannot say for sure.
