Guest guest
I will be tightly banded for the first week, but the Dr tells me that most of them will come off after the first week. He told me I could return to work after the 2 week off. I would stay at a motel with a kitchenette so I could cook most of my food. Beverly Re: traveling I'd suspect you'll be fine for travel by three weeks post op. If not, you'll know it, and can change your plans. Just don't get traumatized if you have swelling, bruising, etc., immediately post op. It subsides, honest! Do you know that you will be either wired shut or tightly banded, post-op? That could make a difference for you. Cammie > I am scheduled to have surgery on October 7, 2004.
