Guest guest
Ugh! I have been having a real problem with letting my eating habits slide lately. No wonder I've been at 235 since 2 weeks before Christmas! I read with envy the posts where people can't eat much. Yesterday i went to the gym then came home and ate a big apple, a cup of cottage cheese with a banana, three handfuls of Cheetos, a whole bag of popcorn and a quart of water and then slept for an hour. I can eat anything and as much as I let myself. I need to get below 200 to have my ps, and it is really hard. Obviously I need to cut out the junk food. I seem to have lost my good habits lately. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I am bound and determined to nip this in the bud. Thank God I haven't gained any weight, but if I keep this up, it's only a matter of time. I've come too far to fall on my butt!!! Well, I had to 'fess up so I could clean the slate. I guess I'm one of those people who, despite surgery, will always have to be super vigilant about what I eat, how much, and exercising regularily. BTW, I go to the gym every weekday and do a 1 1/2 hour workout, plus I walk the dogs for at least an hour. It's amazing to me that, when even on a bad day I never eat over 2000 calories, my body can hold on to this weight. Vicki A.
