ok, count me in. I do protein 3-5 a day regularly, plus my water and supps.

That is absolute. But also eating wavery a little lately--meaning, staying up

very late on deadlines and eating at 2 and 3 am whatever is here, sometimes

carbos ( a slice of bread) that let me sleep, but makes mu joints ache next

day.

Ok, I am ready, let's go, SUn night? Great. I'll be there.

Wow, we will all be so light we can fly

(well, I fly tilted, but hey...)
