Anytime I've asked a pharmacist or doc about separating things that work

against each other, they've always recommended waiting about 2 hours between

doses. So I figure if it takes that long for the effects of one to not work

against the effects of another, it probably takes that long to absorb

something. Not very scientific, but that's the yardstick I use: 2 hours.

I think Carol's two hour rule is about right. I often miss the lunch

supplement and end up taking the second one after dinner and the third

two hours later. That should give the body all the time it needs to get

done what it can do.
