Yes I know about that recliner sleep but if you nod your head the

wrong way you wake up with pinched nerves in the morning. I have

had to catch myself a few times. The numbness in your arm and elbow

sound a little extreme for that though. I have noticed some of the

ear problem you have described so I think it is normal with the

nasal cavity/sinus stuff but something you should also ask your Dr

about. I have " popped " mine a number of times.
