Guest guest
Yes I know about that recliner sleep but if you nod your head the wrong way you wake up with pinched nerves in the morning. I have had to catch myself a few times. The numbness in your arm and elbow sound a little extreme for that though. I have noticed some of the ear problem you have described so I think it is normal with the nasal cavity/sinus stuff but something you should also ask your Dr about. I have " popped " mine a number of times. > hi guys... > get this...feeling alright. insomnia has moved on-thank god-and the > pain is mostly tollerable...but 2 things are not so perfect. > > I am regenerating my nerves...uncomfortable but lucky that it is > happening and thankful. still lots of numbness on my face, but ok. > here's the weird thing...since I got home, I noticed my shoulder > hurting...now I read a LOT, so I knew about lymp drainage...and did > feel some of that last week as it all settled.
