Im 48 having lower jaw surgery sometime next year. The

main reason is for lip incompetence lips cant close. My upper

Jaw is normal no vertical maxillary excess. I was hoping

if anyone had success with lip incompetence just having the lower

done with a genioplasty. Thanks good luck to all upcoming
