Guest guest
Let's see. The Iso bottles are fine, whey isolate. Might not work on hunger, but does work in cells, as far as I know. That's the glycerin that you " feel " . And I question whether we can break down glycerin at all, actually. But that's another topic. The Iso powder. Wait. Do only 1 scoop at a time. #2 is wasted. Whey is a MUCH better product. Whey is #1 on the bioavailability scale, soy is #10. However, if you want to have the alleged benefits of soy, you can always add a little soy to your whey shakes & bump up that 25 to 30-35 g. Or split it. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. Glad I can keep the shake I like! I was also thinking that the amount of protein absorption would depend on your surgery. I am proximal. Wouldn't my nutrient absobtion be better than someone done medial or distal? > Let's see. Guest guest
Whey supplements have a higher level of bioavailability. Also high levels of soy can inhibit iron absorption.
