Dear Jen and all.....

BLEND IT!

Everything!

From veggies to meats...just do it, tastes great and makes you not

feel like a closed up limited person-freak.

Tonight I took cambells cheese soup---added ham....bleneded! Ta-da

ham and cheese....tehn took some zuccini, sliced them, fried them in

butter, then BLAMO belnded and yummy!

Shakes are good to suppliment, but for me, I hate them LOVE cheese,

so this is a great way- to settle teh food erges and be healthy too.

Sip on everyone!!! JO
