Guest guest
I have a question about exercise - my feet hurt so bad that even putting socks on sometimes is too much. Walking any distance - forget it. It is almost like I have bunions or something, which is totally possible. How does one exercise when just simple walking hurts so much? I am pre-op with no surgery date yet, but I really want to get into the routine of exercising. I am sure the foot pain will go away with the weight loss, but are there any others that are or were in a similar situation? THANKS all!!! ;-) *** Liz *** Please Help Support the Quincy Animal Shelter by Shopping with IGive.com " Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away...
