,

You don't list everything you've tried for the perioral dermatitis, but I'd

just like to say that if you haven't tried switching to a non-floride

toothpaste, you should really give that a shot. I have perioral dermatitis,

and that really helped for me. For a long time I was not convinced that it

was the toothpaste that made a difference, because I had tried several

things at once. But a couple months ago I switched back to a regular

toothpaste and within two weeks I was broken out around my mouth again.

Switched back to the non-floride toothpaste, and once again the problem

resolved. I'm not sure that that would be the case for everyone, but in my

case the toothpaste did turn out to be the most important factor.

I agree with , it could be your toothpaste. I can use Aqua

Fresh but any of the other toothpastes (Crest, Colgate) that seem

to " foam " more also give me problems like you describe. It's worth a

shot!
