Need Help...re: vitamins..

Hi all. I've been struggling with this for awhile, but I thought I'd

ask you. I've had the flu 4 times this year and I've got a viral

cold in my chest which has lasted 2 weeks, I can't seem to get rid of

it. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a better vitamin regimine

other than flintstones vitamins. Also, do you still take tums? I've

been out of the loop of this site for a while and I need to find a

better vitamin absorption, I'm distal. I can't buy off the internet,

so it would have to be something I can find at a store, or health

food store. I appreciate your help. I'm 2 years out as of Feb 27,

2003. I've lost 180lbs. But I haven't felt well for months. My

blood is low, and the doctor is doing a blood test next week. I just

think I'm not absorbing my vitamins well or something. I would

appreciate it if you could assist me in finding a good vitamin that

is very absorbable. I also wondered if people are still taking tums

or what for the acid?? thanks again!
