My skin has become so dry I have just being using water for washing. Anyhow it

seems this has made the flaking and redness worse than ever.

I ate a kiwi today and my skin flared up after that (not sure if the kiwi was a

trigger but anyway) the side of my face are flaking badly. I can run my nail

down it and as awful as it sound I have a nail full of flakes. The problem is my

skin is absolutely bone dry but moisturisers aren't helping.

Could a food trigger causes such asn instant reaction does anyone know? Also

does anyone else just survive with washing with water only?
