I have been using GNC ultramegawoman vits. I have been happy with them for

two reasons. 1. They turn your urine chartreuse, so you know when you have

forgotten them. 2. My hemoglobin has been consistently high while on them,

13-14 range. My other labs have looked good also. I hope I am on the right
