Guest guest
Frist off I would like to take this time to Welcome newcommers; I am sure you will find this site helpful and full of good people. Secondly concerning chat, I am sorry if I sounded rude or to outspoken its just I also get the reminders about chat and go there hoping that someone will show up and have a conversation and maybe make some new friends. Anyone who has yahoo messenger and that would like to add me to there list please feel free (sweetbabyblues382002) thats me. Ok on to some Questions: 1. I am almost 3 months post op and I am finding I am not really hungery but when i get hungery I feel like I might be eating to much??? 2. What are good things I should be eating to maintain good weight loss? 3. I am also beginning to lose my hair and my skin seems to be very dry any suggestions on that? 4. How many calories should we be eating a day; and how much protein daily? 5. Does anyone know where I can find out what the difference is between sugar and sugar alcohol> Well I guess I am just hoping all is going well I am still over the 400lb mark and wanting to lose it so badly, I have lost about 70lbs so far and i guess that is good for only being alittle over 2 months out. I go tomorrow to my local doctor to have her check my blood work and see how my weight is going; her scale is about 5 to 10 lbs different than my surgerions but at least I get the idea if i am doing good or not. I am sort of scared that I have gained instead of lost I dont know why just a fear I guess. I sure seem to go through some bad days and good does everyone go through these type of days? OK well I have take enough of everyones time, thanks for listening and hope I get some good responses.
