Not that it really makes a difference - what's important is if it makes a difference in *your* weight loss. ! do 6 shakes/day, each made with 1.5 scoops (30 grams of protein), because that's all anyone (except pro athletes) can absorb at one time. Anything more at once is just a waste . . . no help. ) My losses sped up a little at 6 months, when I boosted my shakes to 6. << From: SouthernAngelsPC@...
