Guest guest
Hi, I had the BPD/DS 3/22/01 and have a question. With our compromised digestion, how are complex carbs processed (whole oats, whole wheat bread, long grain brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc) vs. white carbs (regular pasta, white rice, white bread)? Are we able to absorb as many of the calories? Just wondering. I am improving my overall eating - ie: eating fresh veges, whole wheat products, brown rice, great quality proteins etc and was just curious. Thanks! http://www.picturetrail.com/llatour
