Guest guest
I must be the most indecisive person in the world. I have just cancelled my surgery for lower advancement. Now I am going to settle for implants in the 2 spaces where I had teeth pulled. They will have to do bone grafts in the area where the teeth were to do implants. Has anyone ever had this done? Just looking for information on this now? thanks

Guest guest
I had a bone graft to save a tooth. I think they are both similar. I believe they cut open your gum and expose what bone you have left, then they place a piece of doner bone and some enzyme next to the bone and stitch you back up. Then you have to wait for the bone to grow in. The bone graft I had done to save my tooth they said could be 6 months before they know if the graft took. For your type of bone graft I dont think its that long. I will be doing what you having done in 6 months if my graft doesn't take. > > I must be the most indecisive person in the world.
