Guest guest
I'm gonna wade into this again because you're taking issue with a good friend of mine. Cammie is one of the most generous and helpful people on this board. It's just not accurate to suggest that she is discouraging people from posting here. This board has benefited greatly from her caring and compassionate posts. Yes, she often does suggest that people contact their surgeon, as do I. But as I said before, that's one opinion, others are free to make their own suggestions. If you want to take some more pot shots, you can fire them at me, but please, let's do it off the board. And yes, my tone is quite serious. > Sometimes it is hard to convey what one means in e-mail or message > boards because you can not read tone or faicial gestures. there is > nothing wrong with suggesting a person call their doctor, however > what is said and how it is said are two diffrent things. Guest guest
and clearly you havn't read a single thing I have written are reading what I have written with a very negative tone to which I can not control as that is your choice and yours alone. there were absolutly NO pot shots except yours. And again there is nothing wrong with suggesting a person call their surgeon however saying the person NOT post on the communtiy well that is wrong. so lets all grow up a little and become a little less senstive and defensive, as far as I was concerned this issue was over. you appear to say people are entilted to their own opinions--then why on earth are you attacking me and my opinions???????????????? esepcially since it doesn't concern you. I would appreciate if you stop making trouble where there is none, where its not warranted,or needed. > > Sometimes it is hard to convey what one means in e-mail or message > > boards because you can not read tone or faicial gestures. there is > > nothing wrong with suggesting a person call their doctor, however > > what is said and how it is said are two diffrent things. Guest guest
I totally agree. this board wasn't made as a place to point fingers. it was made as a place to share experiences, thoughts, and for support. everyone has their own opinion and unique experience to share...that's what i really love about it. you get to see things from all different angles and views. all i've seen since i joined this board a couple months ago is a group of people who wants to help everyone else out. some people's suggestions and methods are different than others. but i appreciate all of them. i think everyone on this board means well and those looking for answers and support are very lucky to have all these people here. i know i appreciate everyone's input!! Guest guest
Thank you, Tom. This person apparently has some unrelieved hostilities. I don't, and I think you don't, so we'll all weather this stuff. I am not gonna answer again, as I apparently trigger her, um, difficulties, and she definitly pushes my buttons, although I have tried to " make nice. " Clearly I can't help her, and she isn't doing much for me. But I hope you're not distracted from your healing proceedures by all this poop. It's insignificant in the scheme of things. I just wasn't ready to curl up (although my hubby and I have had major medical troubles this week) and subside... Take care, heal well and be of good cheer, as am I, and grateful for the blessings we have received. Guest guest
Liz, you chose to personally flame me on private e-mail, which I requested, in order to get this type of thing off this board. Then in a second private e-mail to me, you told me that you were " blocking my e-mail address " so I couldn't respond to you. So why are you now carrying on about it again? Please, let it go. I have. We've all said what needs to be said, and more. Let's move on. > > > Sometimes it is hard to convey what one means in e-mail or > message > > > boards because you can not read tone or faicial gestures. there > is > > > nothing wrong with suggesting a person call their doctor, however > > > what is said and how it is said are two diffrent things.
