Hi everyone,

This looks like a great place to get support. I have waited to have

my lower jaw surgery since I was 10. I'll be 25 tomorrow!

My lower jaw is larger than the top and they classify it as a Class

III. Anyhow, I am hoping to finally have the surgery next year.

I have somewhat of a silly question....

Once I have the surgery to move my lower jaw back, will I have a

problem with loose skin? My thoughts are that my skin has been

streched for so long, and once I have the surgery, will it cause me

to have loose skin there?

I know that the pain is varied by person, but how severe is it really?

I was also hoping for those who have had their lower moved back, to

let me know so that I may look at your before/after pics.

Thanks everyone,

Destiny
