Guest guest
Hi Ruth! Thanks for the great reply. I'll get out the tylenol now! I have a really high tolerance for pain so having pain that I actually notice and was affecting my activity level (and not knowing of anything I could take for it) was starting to get to me. Thanks for the calorie breakdown! That really helps lessen the worry I've been having. I was probably too low on calories from seeing what you wrote. Definitely breathing a sigh of relief! Old dieting habits DO die hard it would seem. Just couldn't seem to stop worrying about those wicked, evil little " calories " that were the bane of my pre-op existance! ;D Thanks for helping me loosen my grip on them! By the way, WOW! I just noticed your numbers below your name! 200# in 14 months! One word for you... " AWESOME!*!*!*! " So it is possible to actually break 200 when you start in the upper 300's! And you're SO close to your goal--- That is so great Ruth! Thank you again for all the information!, Paige lap RNY 12/11/03 399/370/200-175 Colorado (western) Dr. Dickinson
