It feels so wonderful when you're really losing, but then it'll slack off again. At least I know what it is.

Guest guest
Thanks Hannah, I'm still amazed the change in me since this surgery. I feel truly happy. And even though I'm not to goal, I feel good about going places and wonder if people notice I'm not so fat......now this is a truly silly thought as the people at the mall have never seen me.......but the thing that counts is how I feel. It's a beautiful wet day, hailing and snowing occasionally. Got some hail for my granddaughter's first experience with it. She loved it, of course. Happy New Year to everyone, whether you've had the surgery, or waiting, this is going to be a good year! Guest guest
Congrats on your weight loss Joan. I hadn't stopped to think about how much more I have to lose to reach goal. You and I are very similar in our starting weights. We also had surgery about 3 weeks apart. I have only 94 pounds to lose to reach goal weight. That number is much better than 136. You are and inspiration with all your posts. Skinney wishes. Jill H. 276/234/140 10/20/

Guest guest
Jill, you're right, our numbers are close, even the goal weight. The doctor's office said my goal should be 170-180, but at 5 " 5 " I don't think so. When I get there, I'll know. Thank you, Everyone on here is an inspiration. That's what keeps me coming back many times a day. It keeps me staying on track. Joan LAP RNY 11/18/03 Dr. Higa, Fresno, CA 282pre-op/275surg/239/140 Re: 230's Congrats on your weight loss Joan.
