I remember how down you were on things when you were first contemplating this, and how somewhat reluctant you were in the first few weeks post-op to say that you felt you'd made a good decision to go through with this. It just goes to show how one's perception can be changed. 12 weeks is still pretty early on for some of the numbness to go away, that's my experience. I wouldn't rule any change out at this point. As you've probably figured out, ignoring it is practical at this time, there's nothing that can help other than time & patience at this stage.
