I think they get past it before they dissolve. I still don't take them as a rule, but sometimes they help me sleep when nothing else will. I'm sure it must be in the states. Denmark is very conservative where any medicine is concerned. It does cost a bit more but I have to take it. There headache pills do nothing for me.
