Any aussies out there? -- Cost of ortho surgery

Hello all, I live in Australia and have my first appointment with the

surgeon next week. Was wondering if anyone could give me a general

cost on what it will cost, i know it would differ for different

ops/doctors. Also if anyone in Australia has had this done or is in

the process do they know how much medicare rebate is available on the

surgery. Thanks for your help.
