Well, I know I've been pretty quiet here lately. But now I have to whine.

In addition to all the personal stuff that's going on with us - ch-ch-changes

- I took a dive Monday morning. On the ice.

The parking lot at my office hadn't been cleared, and we had all that

snow/ice over the weekend. I slipped, my feet flew out, and I landed, hard,

left side, ON MY ELBOW. Just think about that for a minute. I thought I was

going to pass out from the pain.

Turns out it wasn't broken, amazingly enough. Sprained the elbow, jammed the

rotator cuff and sprained the shoulder. My arm is in a sling and I am on pain

meds at night. Can't take them during the day because I can't take them and

drive. I'm miserable. AND this is really putting a dent in my weight training

schedule!

So, everybody, as they used to say on Hill Street Blues a hundred years ago -

" Let's be careful out there. "

hugs,

Ann
