One of the vitamins I take (twice a day) is the GNC Women's Ultra Mega

Multi's w/Iron. They recommended daily dosage of 2. In addition to other's

I take, i.e,., E, A, calcium CITRATE, extra C, Omega 3, etc., the

Multi-Vitamin was making me sick. It was a process of elimination to find

this out. Spoke with my doctor who said, duhhhh, break them up and take ONE

in the AM and ONE in the PM. (Why didn't I think of that??) The Multi was

too much for my pouch at once. After I did that, I was fine and have been

for 19 months!

Good luck.
