iblanki, I have been taking the primrose oil with flaxseed and have

been seeing some improvement but also at the same time started with

grapeseed extract, ester c, zinc, vitamin E, and a B complex. Hard to

say if the improvement was due to just one component are all together.

Also started drinking a de-tox tea as you mentioned in your earlier

post. i don't have a box with me as I type this but i know the main

ingredients are milk thistle, red clover, and dandelion root. yum

yum. Actually it doesn't taste too bad and perhaps it is helping as

well.
